The chilled afternoon hung over the beauties of Heaven. The waterfall's crashing was the same as it had ever been, beautifully powerful and demanding respect. it's waters sweet and clear, the purest water on the whole face of the earth. The greenery never left this place, despite the current season being that known as Fall. In the mortal lands, leaves fell, covering the ground in a variety of beautiful colors like reds, yellows, and browns. But here, the trees remained their beautiful, rich emerald shade, as did the grass. The thick yet crisp and refreshing fog hung thick in the atomsphere, clinging about the pearl tinged angel's pistons as she stoodhigh upon a ledge, her veiw of the gloomy gray sky unblocked by the tops of the trees. And within her eyes, worry was clearly written.
In the distance, she noticed something of the natural, yet dangerous. Something that would attempt to claim both innocent and soiled lives. And to her dismay, it seemed to be moving closer at a frightening, yet slow pace. It sent chills up her spine as she stood there, stiff with anxiety. Something was making its way toward Fragile Silence. She didn't know what threats were coming, but she knew something was. She felt it deep in her bones. The roar of thunder shook the sky above, her perked ears remaining as they were, a look of fear and dismay still placed upon that beautiful, usually peaceful and happy visage of Estraya. The winds became a bit violent, tugging at her silken white tassels and tail as the invisible currents brushed past her form.
But her eyes never left the horizon. Her heart raced as she stood there dreading each moment that brought the large, dark gray mass closer.

Muscles rippled beneath his fiery hide as he climbed the step towards her. She had a worried look upon her beautiful face which in turn upset him. He looked upon her with amber pools as his kissers parted. "My angel, the holder of my heart as it awaits your acceptance, what is bothering you so?"
He had spoken too soon, he followed her gaze in the far distance to the massive black-grey blankets began to replace the blue hued sky. His heart pounded as he tarted to understand as she felt. A thought came to mind, he remembered hearing of the birth of the first newborns of Fragile Silence. Wolf pups, the father Kaskae, the mother Autumnrai of Freedom Valley. Her began to fear for some so young bu the knew the parents were strong and would make right choices.
Her turned to Estraya.
"Estraya, the dark masses coming forth look threatening, and i begin to plug pieces together. Lets say, that the dark cloud resemble much of the rising darkness with which we may have to pin are lives to fight against."
He looked at her calmly, as he waited to see what she had to say.

Estraya knew her purpose was not for the faint of heart. She knew that if war ever did arise in this beautiful kingdom, she would need to keep her wits about her, and her heart guarded well. Dismay coated the dreaded images of the dead and deceased scattered about the mainlands of Fragile Silence, terror and pain the only things reflected in their galzed, unseeing eyes. The very last things they felt... She could only imagine with great pity and sorrow at the last thoughts and wishes that might have flickered across their minds as they met their fate... And it nearly brought Estraya to tears, thinking that this could happen to the lives of the innocent that were bold and brave enough to fight for the peace they wished to have as an everlasting cloak over thier home of Fragile Silence. But what were the chances that Izo and his hidden allies would give way to the wishful, hopeful whims of those known to be pure of heart and soul? Not likely, as unfortunate as it may be... But the truth was the truth, and that could not be altered... At least, not easily.
She soon heard the approach of another, and turned to see the very stallion she was begining to grow closer and closer to with each passing thought that his image wedged itself into. She knew she had feelings for him. More so than what might be safe at the current time and situation. But these feelings were somethin g too strong and warm to shove away. And so, she allowed for her tender love and compassion to shine through upon her gentle smile as he made his way toward her, though the fear and anxiety never left those beautiful earthen eyes of hers. Eyes that shone like the heavenly stars, yet earthen in hue and shade. His words reached her, touching her and warming her heart and soul, chasing away some of the fear. And when his eyes cast to the dark mass, her own gaze did the same. And when his words reached her once more, she nodded, though remaining silent for a few moments longer. After these moments, she turned back to Paramore, parting her kissers and letting her gentle, silvery tones ring forth, worry finely sprinkled upon her spoken words.
" It does indeed, my dearest Paramore... But it in itself is its own danger. Izo has either few or hidden followers, though I doubt the threat of war is as close as the approaching storm.... Though one can never be too certain in dark times like this..."
She let forth a heavy sigh. She turns to Paramore once more, meeting his handsome gaze.
" Any new information from the mortal lands?"

P aramore listened to her enchanting voice, like a beautiful song brushing against his auds. Her bent his nape to nip at an itch upon his chest then his gaze rested peacefully upon her. She now consumed his dreams when he slept, and his mind when awake. His caramel pools gave away his feelings for her, no matter how much he wanted to keep it hidden. He felt as if he must keep it locked up until it was time to let it out, but by doing this, it weakened his heart. He nodded at her question. "I do not have much, but I have some...We have been gifted with a litter of pups born to Kaskae and Autumnrai of Freedom Valley. To the east, in endless fields there are group of horses that have gathered, and the territory near that, The falls a massive brute, larger than any I've ever seen is residing as his mourns a lost love. He is accompanied by a fair maiden of draft origin as well." He paused thinking, "also the nearing storms have brought the presence of an odd equine. One said to be born of the sea."
He shifted to get comfortable as he spoke. "That is all I have for now, no news of Izo or his followers."
He nodded when he finished and looked at her with adoration.

Estraya wanted to know what it felt like, to be loved by someone unconditionally, and to return such passion. She wondered what great feelings overwhelmed the heart when the significant other said something romantic, taking their lover;s breath away. She saw it often, creatures falling in love, and devoting themselves to one another... But oh, Estraya knew of what she had to do, and that required for her to push away such selfish wants. There would come her time when she could finally feel such love, such romance. And when she turned her gaze from the dark mass to the one standing beside her, she knew who she wanted to love. She knew who she wanted to have beside her always... And yet, the pains of being immortal. She knew there would come a day when he would one day pass on to the afterlife, a place where she could never go. And it was this particular thought that stung her the most.
She listened as he spoke. Ah, new life, then? A small smile formed upon her silver dipped mug as she heard the news of a litter of pups being born. And yet, she dreaded the fact that they might be in mortal danger. But again, her thoughts were counteracted. No doubt the parents knew of the danger. And so, the pups were most likely safe, and hidden away from the world and its current wraths. She gace an inaudiable sigh of relief. When he then spoke of no news od Izo, it was concerning. Was he hiding it this well? Or was it just that... Was it that he had yet to recruit followers? Then, perhaps the threat of war would fade. But she didn't get her hopes up. She knew the gruesome beast wasn't one to give in so easily. She turned and touched her velvetines to Paramore's shoulder. She pulled away after a few moments, earthen eyes shining, though glazed with worry all the same.
" Then it seems the only thing we must worry about at the time is the storm approaching, and innocent lives that could be claimed."
She sighed, pausing briefly.
" Paramore? Have you ever felt completely and utterly helpless and useless?"
Her eyes were saddened, but they remained steady and free from tears as she kept her gentle gaze locked unto the one that had stolen her heart.

He looked upon his fair maiden. Such beauty and grace, such passion. He smiled and nuzzled her, wanting everything to be ok. He knew this time was hard for her, she was stressed and worried all the same. It amazed him how she could worry about everyone else, leaving very little for herself. He loved her, yes he did, very much so at this point, but he did his best to hide it. To bury it deep within yet sometimes by doing this he felt as if he were choking.
He stumbled a bit as his leg had lost some circulation from him not moving and he shifted. "I do know how it feels." His eyes saddened a bit. his heart stung suddenly. He began to think of his love for her and how he wished it could last forever. Yet, she was immortal and when it came time, he would have to leave her side. A tear made its way and slid slowly down his face. To never see his love again. He couldn't think of such thoughts at this moment. He cleared his throat. "I-I do know how it feels, how you feel right now. We will do what we can, spread the word give out warning"

He's The Reason For These Tears I Cry...
It was hard for the pearl tinged angel. As she gazed tenderly into heart's captor's eyes, she felt all the love she could ever give another flow from her earthen eyes into his own. She knew he would see. Just as she saw how much he loved her. And it hurt her more than anything ever had to know that she coudln't act upon her love. She couldn't express and experience the tender, loving, warm affection that could only be found in love. It wasn't easy, trying to remain refined and focused when she was so near to him... He brought at the unearthly love in her, something that she knew she could never give another. But fate, it had them known to be star-crossed lovers. A fallen angel, to live on for the rest of time, falling in love with a mortal knight, one who would eventually fade into the ever dark abyss of the afterlife. Perhaps there was a true stariway to the skyborn heavens. Perhaps she would find a way to meet with him there in the afterlife, dance among the stars with him, for one last time... She shoved these tear-jerking thoughts. She didn't want to think about them. Not now. Not while he was still standing beside her. She smiled at his touch, and felt her heart begin to race, longing for more. She returned the gesture, nuzzling into his tassels for but a few brief moments. But in these few brief moments, with flared nares, she drank in his scent, shivers running down her spine. Oh, to think of the glorious passion and devotion they could hold for one another as lovers... She moved away, watching him shift. And then, his words reached her, and her eyes saddened once more when his did. She watched him as the short silence lingered between them. He was thinking of the future they would have together. She wasn't sure, but she was fairly confident that was what was going through his mind, judging by the heart-jerking sorrow that danced through his handsome eyes. she heaved gently in an inaudible sigh as she listened, nodding slowly. She then parted her own kissers, letting her sweet, soft vocals ring out like silver bells, pure and beautiful. " I'm sure that most all know of the storm by now... 'Tis too late for warnings. All we can do is hope, sweet Paramore..." She sidestepped closer to him, and gently and ever so softly, she pressed her pearly shoulder to his crimson one, leaning against him gently, her gaze set upon the horizon. But within her chest, her heart was beating faster and faster with each moment that passed being as close to him as she was now. This love, she wanted it so.... But time would tell. And she had faith that it would soon enough. [/blockquote]

Paramore stood before her as her layers of sadness began to melt before him. His soft eyes watched her with worry, though he understood why she was saddened, as he was sure she knew of his own sadness. His heart pounded deep inside his casket. As she leaned into his he buried his velveteens into her soft neck, within her silken tassels he exhaled, closing his pools. He wanted nothing more but to be with her, but he knew with the arriving storm that their love could be nothing more of a friendship right now, but he knew their chance for love would come with its day.
He was not sure what to say as they watched the sun upon the horizon. All he could think about if only there were a way to become immortal, but such a thing has never been heard of. suddenly he could hold his questions back no more and he shifted, looking right at her.
"My sweet, my love, I do not know how you could ever be happy with an immortal as I. You deserve to be with someone who could be by your side for eternities on end. If only, if only, there were such a way to become as you are. I would give my last breath, my past memories anything to stand with your forever, but right now forever is impossible for me and it slays my heart so.
